TESTENINE V LIMONINI OMAKI
Že dalj časa sem si želela preizkusiti testenine v limonini omaki in to soboto je bil perfektan dan točno za to. Namreč lotila sem se pospravljanja kuhinje in garderobne omare, zato sem si želela skuhati nekaj hitrega, preprostega, predvsem, pa nekaj pri čemer ne bom imela veliko za pomivati, saj mi je bilo pospravljanja že na vrhu glave. In recept za spodnje testenine je točno to! Preden pa se odpraviš pripravljati to pojedino na praznovanju s 20 gosti, ti predlagam, da jih pripraviš sebi in preizkusiš ali ti ustreza okus, saj vseeno gre za testenine z limonami. Jaz sem testnine Pasta Al Limone pripravljala za eno osebo, zato so količine manjše. V kolikor jih pripravljaš za dve osebi, vse sestavine le podvoji.
. Sestavine .
// 1 pest testenin
// 2 rezini limone
// 1 žlica kremnega sira
// 1 skodelica vode
// ½ goveje kocke ali zelišč
. Postopek .
1. Vse sestavine daj v posodo. Posodo pokrij s pokrovko in kuhaj na srednjem ognju 5 minut.
2. Odstrani pokrovko in kuhaj še 5 minut.
3. Ko so testenine kuhane, je tvoja jed pripravljena.
4. Testenine postrezi in jih posipaj s svežo meto ali naribanim parmezanom.
Opomba: Kot lahko vidiš pri kuhanju testenin nisem uporabila soli, saj limonina kislina je že sama po sebi zelo močna in daje občutek slanosti pri takšni količini. Kot sem že prej omenila gre za zelo specifičen okus in zato ni nujno, da boš takoj vzljubila to jed.

PASTA AL LIMONE
I wanted to try lemon pasta for so long and this Saturday it was a perfect time to do it, since I was organizing my closet and kitchen cabinets and all I wanted is some comfort food that is fast and easy to make + as less dirty dishes as possible since I had enough of cleaning for that day. Lemon pasta won't be loved by anyone since it is very lemony and can be too much for some people, so before making it for an entire meeting the "parents in law kind of dinner", make sure you try it on your own first. I made this for myself, but if you are making for two people just double on everything.
. Ingredients .
// ½ small lemon, sliced
// 1 tbsp cream cheese
// 1 cup of water
// ½ stock cube for soup or herbs
. Instructions .
1. Grab a saucepan and pop all of the ingredients in. Place it on a medium heat and close the lid. Leave cooking for 5 minutes, occasionally stir.2. Open the lid and cook another 5 minutes.
3. Once pasta is cooked, your Lemon de la pasta kr neki is ready.
4. Serve with fresh basil or grated parmesan.
Note: As you can see I did not use any salt because lemon gives enough of sourness that makes the pasta already prepared like its salted. As mentioned before, this pasta have a very specific taste, so you might not love it at first, but as soon as you get used to it, you'll love it!
