New Blog Look

So I was thinking about how bring what I’m doing to another lever… I said to myself: babe it’s time to make some changes ! So I did ! Well I’m still making some huge changes in my life right now but getting a more professional look of my blog is the first step. Baby steps, baby steps babe. As you can see I’m also sharing printscreens of my previous blog theme in case you already forgot ;) So what do you think about this blog makeover ?

Right now it’s already Tuesday half past 2 am and I’m not planning to go to sleep yet because right now I’m in the working mood. Do you ever get in that kind of mood ? When you just want to stay up all night and keep working ! Or is it just me ? Yep, I guess it’s just me. Guess who is going to be a grumpy kid because of the lack of sleep, at the lunch date with my friend in couple of hours ? Yep, me again !

New In my Closet: Body Shape Changers

Hello babes ! I promised a week ago to myself I won’t be buying any clothes or shoes but I broke that rule like ten times since then. So I went to a shopping with my friend as her “fashion stylist” and promised to her I will be 100% concentrated on her but somehow I ended up in a dressing room full of clothes to try. So yep I bought a bunch of stuff but let me just show you three of my favorites (all three of them are from H&M).

I named this post “Body Shape Changers” because it is magical the way every piece of clothing changes my body shape massively!

First one is jumpsuit and it totally reminds me on combination of Evelyn Powell (Rebecca Wisocky in Devious Maids), Bree Van de Kamp (Marcia Cross in Desperate Housewives) and Joan Holloway (Christina Hendricks in Mad Men). It looks so vintage and with combination of my mango (that’s what it says on the box) hair looks like I just came from another era. It is a bit too long so my mum will have to shorten it but the fact that it goes straight to the floor makes my legs appear super long which is a great thing for a petite girl (I’m 5’5”/165 cm tall). I always thought that jumpsuits are not for petite girls but this completely changed my mind.

The second piece is a wrap dress. I was always listening (on tv shows ) how every woman needs to own one! I had been looking for one for a while but I hadn’t found any that would actually look good on a girl in her early twenties. I know that when you look to this striped dress above it reminds you on your old grandma or a type of a dress sellers in groceries shops were wearing 10 years ago. But when I put it on it just emphasis my hourglass figure and it makes me look like a wonder woman in a dress.

Well the last one is something I'm planning to wear to make my boyfriend warmer…something to wear in a sweater weather ! This sweater is just super cute and soft but also a bit oversized. It’s the size XS but it still looks too big on me. I made a promise a while ago, that I won’t be buying any oversized clothes anymore because it just doesn’t look good on a curvy woman. Well as you can see, I just couldn’t leave it hanging there in the shop…all by himself singing the song “All by Myself” by Celine Dion. Yep that’s how much connection, me and my clothes have. Don’t judge me ! I know you are the same ! ;)

Opening a Shop*

Lately everything is driving me crazy and a lot of things is going on in my life at the moment and as a girl this shows up as eating everything, every time and everywhere. So now I have been drinking smoothies whenever I feel hungry and this is a huge life saver at the moment. I guess issues why I have been felling a bit down lately is coming from the fact that I completely left you guys and my blogging :( but I promise you I’ll be back as soon as possible ! I am extremely busy lately with developing a brand and opening my first shop. I am super excited about it, but it's just a whole lot of things to do… I promise I’ll keep you updated and maybe even start a giveaway just to give you a little something, as being my support through all of this. SONGS TO SING~while I was a little girl, one of my favorite cartoons was Tarzan ( I had it on VHS cassette. Guys do you still remember them ? Am I right ? PLACES TO GO~oh love. Love is such a lovely little thing that becomes a huge, massive, gigantic thing once you start feeling it. Why not to celebrate it in the place that is simply called Tunnel Of Love. Don’t you just love the name ? It’s placed in Kleven, Ukraine. ~ I know you still feel love after that tunnel so I am showing you another super romantic place to visit. Red is color of love right ? Well babe, let’s go together and visit Red Beach in Panjin, China.

STUFF TO BUY~hot summer days are almost here and soon you’ll be grabbing beach towels and jump in the pool in your backyard. Remember when you were a kid and your mom had to buy each year a new beach ball because that was simply a must have thing. Now you are all grow up and you kind of forget about those stuff, huh. Well let me say three words-Gigantic Beach Ball. ~ Its the season of bbq’s and of hosting a bunch of parties on your front yard. Review: Lip Smacker

I bought this lovely set a few weeks ago and now I finally took time to open it and actually try it. One of the things I am totally crazy about, is having a full collection of things. Whenever I see a bag that I like, I just have to get it in every color, the same thing is happening with everything. I just always love to have a choice.

In this collection you get 6 different lip balms by Lip Smacker. Each of them smells amazing but still my ultimate favorite is mango. Maybe because once when I was a little girl (that was back in the days when little girls were super happy, if they had a lip balm so they could pretend to have a lipstick and not as nowdays when a 10 years old girl is wearing more makeup to school that I do to my night out) I had a mango lip balm (my mom bought it for me at Avon) that smelled like heaven. I just loved it and I had to take it with me everywhere until one day I left it in the car ( it was hot summer) and when I came back all I could see, was completely melted lip balm. I was crying so much but sadly tears can't make things come back. I guess that's the reason why mango Lip Smacker is my fav one.

RedHead Learning How To Cook: Mini Doughnuts

A little redhead that absolutly sucks at cooking actually made something ! A huge yay for me ! Are you excited as much as I am ? I admit it that I am absolutely horrible at cooking but I am learning to get better (yea like there is still a chance for me). I am ashamed to admit this but I don't even know how to cook a potato. Now you can see how much I actually suck at this. So this kind of posts are going to be written for all those lazy girls out there, that maybe shouldn't be cooking (just in case we don't get food poisoning) and also for those master chefs of your own kitchens, but you are probably going to laugh to our cooking ''skills'' :(. The important thing is to have fun and maybe even eat a little something on the end ;) I said maybe !

NOTE: Those mini doughnuts are made with doughnut maker machine. You can purchase them in many stores, even online under really low prices. This machine is great because it's so simple to use and easy to clean. Which is a-m-a-z-i-n-g for someone like me.

This recipe is enough for about 50 little doughnuts.

260 g flour

130 g sugar

1 pkt vanilla sugar

150 ml milk

100 ml cream (heavy cream and not sour cream)

3 eggs

3 tbsp corn oil (corn oil was used in original recipe but I use regular vegatable oil)

1 pkt baking powder

TOPPING:

5 tbsp nutella

sprinkles

Stir the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, cream, eggs, oil and baking powder into a smooth pastry. Turn on your doughnut maker and wait for few minutes until it's hot enough to start baking (each dougnut maker is different, so you have to read instructions that came with the machine. Yep you actually have to read the instructions). Open a machine and start putting pastry in the doughnuts molds with teaspoon. Make sure molds are fully covered but not too much because your doughnuts still need to have holes in the middle once they are baked. Put down the upper side of machine and wait for around 2 minutes (time completely depends on machine). Once they are baked take them out, you can help yourself with the toothstick or teaspoon. Well taking them out was a suprise, right ? lol.

Dougnuts are the best next day, when they are completely cooled down (who am I kidding? I couldn't stop myself from not eating them, while they were still super hot) because right after they're baked you can feel baking powder in your mouth and that is just an awful taste my dear, trust me.

In a bowl (microwave safe) put Nutella and put it directly in the microwave for 3 minutes/4ooW or until Nutella gets more smooth. Take your cute doughnuts (if there is still any left) and put one side in Nutella. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles for more adorable look ;) That's it ! Bon apetit and enjoy the master piece you have just created. Honey don't forget: BABY STEPS!

I just love lace ! Just the other day I bought myself a super lovely red top covered in lace and I can not wait to finally wear it ! Lace is always in but the most perfect time of the year to wear it is in the spring. Even lace wedding dresses are perfect choice, just ask Kate ;) So which one is your favorite pick ? This is a one super yummy and sweet thing to drink! Whenever I have my girl friends over to my house I like to suprise them with a cute stuff to eat and drink. This strawberry Nesquik powder is amazing! It's sweet and you can absolutly taste strawberry in it. Please let's just all take the moment and look at this pastel pink color. Yes please !

Spela Got Lost Again??

Yep ! Like I do every few months. I am really sorry but my life lately is a one huge mess filled with completely full schedule. In the past few weeks I've done so many different things and went through a lot of stressful moments. My practical training has started, I have 2 college exams per week until the end of the next month, Im also trying to keep my dating life alive and two weeks ago I was a part of project on my college, then moving out from my room....and I can keep writing and writing.... Well but I still managed to get some nice moment out of this awful period and I captured them in my photos.

1. MAN UP ! by Ross Mathews (Amazon, BookDepository)

Let's be honest ! I watched his show (like from the beginning to the end) probably just twice. I always miss it somehow and sometimes I don't even get his jokes (probably because Im not informed about current situation in USA. (Yeah right, that's the problem darling, yeah right.)) But I find Ross super adorable and crazy. I have a feeling he is definitely a BFF material. Book is basically about his life and how he was growing up as a little boy with a wish of having a unicorn as a pet. He is revealing most embarassing moments of his life, to all of us in a one simple lovely book, ready for you and ME to read it.

2. IS EVERYONE HANGING OUT WITHOUT ME ? by Mindy Kaling (Amazon, BookDepository)

I fell in love with Mindy for the first time in tv show called The Mindy Project. I saw myself in her because she is just a normal and bit chubby (as she calls herself) girl, with issues of finding a perfect guy for herself, also her outfits were always super adorable and I finally could look to some dress and think, if she can wear, I can wear it. Yep you just spent your time reading about tv show instead about a book. Let's get to the business. I love this book because is completely honest and funny, just like Mindy is. She is talking about her life and what it was like to grow up in the society that, makes you feel like you don't belong there. I read only first few pages on Amazon (you can look inside the book for free) and Im already completely obsessed over this book. Even when she is writing about bullying, she is still making it sound hilarious. Great book for reading on this upcoming lovely sunny days.

3. NICE IS JUST A PLACE IN FRANCE by The Betches (Amazon, BookDepository)

If you are tired of being a nice girl, that let's everyone walk all over her, this is the perfect book for you. It shows you how to stand for yourself and how to become the betch. Yes you've heard it right, I said betch and not bitch. Who is a betch ? Betch is a girl, that have absolutly everything figured out, she is always dressed up like she is going to see Oprah, she can just look to a guy and he is already picking up the wedding date and every girl wants to be like her and with her. She is everything and she have everything. This book teaches you how to be that one. How to be a betch. Betchiness is si ply an attitude and the way of living, so don't worry, there is still a chance for you to become one.

5.DRINKING AND DATING by Brandi Glanville (Amazon, BookDepository)

Does Brandi (hot blonde on the cover of the book and also author of it) seems familiar to you? It does if you are one of those girls, that likes to waste afternoons with watching others "perfect" lifes in reality tv show called Real Housewifes of Beverly Hills. Oh don't worry we are a little bit guilty here, but watching super skinny blondes wasting their money on shoes is just fun thing to do, hmmm, right ? Ok let's talk about this book. This book is actually a follow-up book to her first one called Drinking And Tweeting. Brandi is brutally honest and hilarious in her book. She doesn't mind talking about his ex husband affairs and about her HPV, but those two things are just on the first page, so you can imagine how the rest of the book looks like. In her book she tells you everything ( and I mean absolutly everything) she learned over the years, about men, random bathroom hookups and much much more. Easy and fun reading for this summer or maybe you should read it before summer so you can learn how to hook up with that italian boy on beach.

I am so in love with my new sunglasses that I just bought. Few weeks ago when I was in shopping with my mom and sisi, I saw them but I decided not to buy them because, as my mom said, I already have to many sunglasses. Buuuttt! When i got home I felt so bad and my mind was already creating such a cool outfits with those sunnies. So as soon as I got back to the city again I went straigh to that shop and bought them.
